Our Sullivan, Phoenix warehouse is temperature-controlled by build and design. Thick concrete walls help to keep the temperature fixed and without significant fluctuation. In addition, our warehouse in Phoenix has an evaporative cooling system that helps to keep the temperature from significantly changing and always stays approximately 20 degrees cooler than outside. As a result, we have very rarely had a claim due to climate/temperature damages.
